This listing is for a Sony TA-F707ES Integrated Amplifier in very good condition and working flawlessly imported from the UK.
The amp is one of Sony's higher end models from the 90s'. It has a premium look and feel, and sounds lively with tons of clarity, separation, and transparency. The audio presentation is detailed and the amp pairs well with a wide range of speakers.
The amp has been used normally and performs well. The circuit has some coil whine that does not impact music playback and is not audible at all during listening sessions. One of the two speaker connector sets in this amplifier has been upgraded to a premium banana connectors installed professionally by RAW Music Store Professional Maintenance Services for enhanced connectivity. The amp has also been checked by RAW Music Store Professional Maintenance Services for any maintenance/recapping required and has been given a clean bill of health!
This amp is perfect for collectors who appreciate premium build quality, craftsmanship, and quality sound in their home audio system. The model originally comes with wooden side panels; however, the original owner did not have them when I purchased this amp from him, nor did he have the original remote. However, I have purchased a custom made replacement remote for this amp (not a generic programmable remote) and I have programmed a Sony branded programmable remote to work on it. I will throw in both of these for free with the amp.
The amp is available for audition over the weekend (Friday afternoon to Sunday evening) or with an advance notice of 24 hours.
This is not a distress sale, and the price is very fair. Silly offers will be ignored.
