Building a new generation high end on 14900k can be extremely expensive due to it's skyrocketing specially ram, mb, and gpu costs, and the real life performance of it is only 1.2 by exact in professional/gaming use
11900k was the last only truly pure straight power cores processor and you can get your dream professional rig at a bargain price due to switching to amd for heavy workstation use
I'm going to list all the prices for the parts on amazon that is the cheapest compared to your local retailer
