In my current role at Deporter – E-commerce Fulfilment Center, I handle end-to-end shipment operations, including tracking, monitoring customs clearance, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. I have developed strong skills in order creation, record maintenance, and resolving operational challenges efficiently. My role has strengthened my ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy, and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
Previously, as a Tele caller Executive at Altruist Technologies, I gained valuable experience in customer communication, problem-solving, and relationship building. I consistently met performance expectations and was recognized with a Best Performance Award for my dedication and strong results.
With a BBA in Human Resource Management, excellent communication skills, and strong knowledge of MS Office tools, I bring a blend of operational expertise and customer-centric professionalism. I am highly motivated, adaptable, and committed to contributing positively to the organization’s goals.
