As a certified special Education instructor with over 10 years teaching experiences, I have experience with children with special needs like Autism, ADHD, Down syndrome and other learning disabilities. I also focus on implementing individualized education plan (IEP), assessing the progress of the child and behavioral management using the ABA approach to reinforce positive behavior and imploving social and communication skills with his peers.
I am particularly drawn to children between age 3 to 9 age bracket because of my commitment to Nurturing and building of lives . As an educator, I believe that every child deserves a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes their unique growth and development.
In addition to my experience and education, I possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which enable me to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
