In my current role as a Project Coordinator at Al Fan Al Shaabi Aluminum & Glass, I coordinate projects from material approval through fabrication, installation, inspection, and final handover. I work closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting quality standards and contractual requirements. My responsibilities include preparing material submittals, coordinating shop drawings, monitoring project progress, maintaining project documentation, arranging inspections, and supporting procurement and scheduling activities. Previously, I worked as a Sales & Administration Assistant and an Accounting Administration Assistant, where I gained valuable experience in customer service, office administration, procurement support, documentation management, quotations, invoicing, and business correspondence. These roles strengthened my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in fast-paced environments.
