With over 19 years of professional experience in the United Arab Emirates, I have successfully managed construction, interior fit-out, joinery, aluminum and glass, and villa development projects from planning through final handover. In my current role as Operations Manager at Tauha Jablaoui Furniture Trading LLC, I oversee the complete execution of large-scale joinery projects, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, vanity units, and interior fit-out works for prestigious developments such as Masaar, VIDA, Sokoon, Museum, East Village, Boulevard, and Nest by ARADA. My responsibilities include project planning, manpower management, procurement coordination, budgeting, client and consultant coordination, quality assurance, progress monitoring, and successful project delivery.
Throughout my career, I have developed strong expertise in project scheduling, contract administration, resource allocation, cost control, risk management, and multidisciplinary team leadership. I have successfully managed engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, factory operations, and site installation teams while ensuring compliance with project specifications, local authority requirements, and health and safety standards.
My background also includes extensive experience in high-end residential villas, commercial buildings, hospitality developments, façade systems, and interior fit-out projects across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah. This broad exposure has strengthened my ability to adapt to complex project requirements and consistently achieve project objectives.
In addition to my practical experience, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and possess multiple professional certifications, including Dubai Municipality Licenses, DCCA Certified Engineer, Civil Defense Certified Engineer, and a UAE Driving License. These qualifications, combined with my commitment to continuous improvement and strong leadership skills, allow me to contribute effectively to any organization.
