Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to apply for a suitable position where I can contribute my skills in customer service,
hospitality, and operations. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing &
Sales and have hands-on experience working in hotel guest services, restaurant operations, and
customer-facing environments.
I previously worked at Burj Al Swat Hotel, where I supported daily guest services, handled
inquiries and service requests, and ensured a welcoming and professional experience for
international guests. This role strengthened my communication skills, attention to detail, and ability
to remain calm, courteous, and professional under pressure.
In addition, I currently manage and operate a cafeteria in the UAE, where I oversee daily
operations, staff coordination, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Managing a high-volume,
customer-focused environment has helped me develop strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and
problem-solving abilities while consistently maintaining service standards.
I am comfortable working in multicultural environments and communicating with people from
diverse backgrounds. I speak English and Urdu fluently, Pashto fluently, and have basic
conversational Arabic, which allows me to interact confidently with a wide range of customers.
I am based in Sharjah, UAE, hold my own UAE visa, and possess a UAE light vehicle driving
license. I am physically fit, adaptable to rotating shifts, and committed to delivering excellent service
with professionalism and a positive attitude.
