I am writing to apply for the ServiceNow Application role. I have 4.5 years of experience working with ServiceNow ITSM along with strong hands-on experience in IT Service Desk operations and application support.
In my current role, I work extensively on the ServiceNow platform, handling incident, problem, change, and request management. I have experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration, including user and role management, workflow configuration, catalog items, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications.
I actively support ServiceNow application enhancements, troubleshoot platform-related issues, and work closely with stakeholders to improve service delivery and SLA compliance. I also have experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise tools and supporting monitoring and automation workflows.
Alongside ServiceNow, I bring strong technical support experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Workday application support, which helps me understand end-to-end IT service operations.
