Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my interest in suitable opportunities within your organization for the position of IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer / System Support Engineer.
I am currently working in Dubai as an IT Support Engineer and have hands-on experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing end-user systems, and maintaining daily IT operations. I also have practical exposure to Windows Server administration, SQL Server installation, networking, printer configuration, and user account management.
In my current role, I support users through remote and onsite assistance, monitor systems, maintain network connectivity, and ensure smooth business operations. I am passionate about learning new technologies and continuously improving my technical skills.
I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree and have prior experience in IT support roles in India and the UAE. I am currently based in Dubai and available for interview at your convenience.
