Dear Hiring Manager,
I am looking to express my interest in operations, logistics, or warehouse handling opportunities with your organization. I bring over 8 years of hands-on experience in aviation ground operations, logistics coordination, and team leadership, in my roles served as an Operations Team Leader/ Supervisor and acting as SME (Subject Matter Expert) at dnata, The Emirates Group, in Dubai.
In this role, I supervise daily baggage and logistics operations, coordinate manpower and equipment to meet critical deadlines, ensure compliance with safety and SOP standards, and lead, train, and mentor multicultural teams. I am experienced in inventory tracking, operational reporting, disruption and irregularity handling, and stakeholder coordination with airlines and internal departments.
Prior to this, I worked in sales and business development with Tai Zhan FZCO and Nestlé Pakistan, where I built client relationships, generated leads, and managed customer accounts — experience that gives me a strong commercial understanding alongside my operational background.
I hold a bachelor's degree in computer science and certifications in Supply Chain Management, Business-to-Business Sales Strategy, and Microsoft Office/Outlook. I am fluent in English and Urdu, with basic Arabic.
