I am Junaid Afzal with Master’s Degree in Business Administration having more than 15 Years experience in Restaurant Management & Food Industry. Started professional career with KFC for four years as trainee Manager then promoted to Branch Manager.
Then move to UAE in 2012 starts working in TEXAS CHICKEN Dubai Mall branch as Manager and later over view two branches in Sharjah as well for four years.
As enhancing professionally I join SALT INDPT Dubai due to its modern unique concept and work their for two years and handles events & Food Trucks complete activations.
My Recent job as Business Manager for 6 years at CHEESY/BUFFALO (Brands of United Catering Company Sharjah), I am handling daily operations across Two brands and Central Kitchen, ensuring efficient restaurant and administrative operations with Foodics Software. Successfully opened Mobile branches, handling point of Sales, control Purchases & Suppliers created a marketing calendar and handle all staff issues.
