I have complete knowledge of residential building operations and can independently manage building security and daily supervision. My experience includes:
Controlling and monitoring the security of the entire building.
Performing cleaning and ensuring common areas are well maintained.
Preparing and sending daily reports to the Property Coordinator via WhatsApp.
Reporting accidents, incidents, and vacant apartments.
Maintaining visitor records and ensuring the safety of residents and property.
