Job Title: Furniture Painter (Full-Time)

Job Overview
Al Basma Furniture Manufacturing is hiring skilled Furniture Painters to join our production team. The role involves applying high-quality finishes to furniture pieces, ensuring smooth surfaces, consistent color, and premium final appearance in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, filling, smoothing)
Apply finishes including NC (Nitrocellulose), PU, lacquer, and paint coatings
Mix and match colors according to specifications
Use spray guns and painting equipment to achieve smooth, even finishes
Inspect painted items for defects and perform touch-ups when needed
Maintain consistency in color, texture, and finish across production batches
Work closely with carpentry and polishing teams
Ensure proper drying, handling, and storage of finished items
Follow safety procedures when handling paints and chemicals
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in furniture painting or wood finishing
Strong knowledge of NC, PU, and lacquer finishing systems
Experience using spray guns (manual or air/AAA systems)
Ability to prepare surfaces properly for high-quality finishing
Good eye for detail, color matching, and finishing quality
Ability to work efficiently under production deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high-end furniture finishing
Familiarity with spray booths and drying systems
Knowledge of polishing techniques and finishing standards
Experience in factory or high-volume production environments
