HIRING – OIL & GAS FABRICATION TEAM

We are hiring experienced personnel for Oil & Gas Skid-Mounted Package fabrication and assembly.

1. Mechanical / Fabrication Supervisor

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Skid-Mounted Packages
- Strong experience in Structural, Piping, Tank and Equipment fabrication & assembly
- Ability to read and understand GA, fabrication, piping and mechanical drawings
- Good knowledge of fabrication, welding, fit-up and dimensional requirements
- Experience in manpower planning, work allocation and production monitoring
- Good understanding of QA/QC and HSE requirements
- Ability to coordinate with Engineering, QC and Project teams

Responsibilities:

- Supervise complete fabrication and assembly of skid-mounted packages
- Plan manpower and allocate daily activities
- Monitor productivity, quality and project schedules
- Coordinate inspections with QC
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and procedures
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements

2. Foreman – Mechanical / Fabrication

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Minimum 4 years of experience at Foreman level
- Experience in Skid-Mounted Packages
- Hands-on experience in mechanical fabrication and package assembly
- Ability to read and understand GA, fabrication, piping and mechanical drawings
- Experience supervising Fabricators, Welders, Fitters and Helpers
- Good understanding of Oil & Gas quality and HSE requirements

Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day fabrication and assembly activities
- Allocate work and monitor manpower productivity
- Ensure fabrication is carried out according to approved drawings
- Coordinate with Supervisor, Engineering and QC
- Monitor work progress and maintain required quality and safety standards

3. Fabricator cum Welder

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Experience in Structural, Tank and Piping fabrication & welding
- Experience in Skid-Mounted Packages is preferred
- Must be able to read and understand fabrication drawings
- Capable of marking, measuring, cutting, grinding, fitting, alignment and assembly
- Hands-on welding experience
- Able to carry out proper fit-up and dimensional checking
- Familiar with fabrication tools and welding equipment
- Knowledge of basic Oil & Gas quality and HSE requirements

Responsibilities:

- Fabrication and welding of structural steel, tanks, piping and skid-mounted packages
- Perform marking, cutting, fitting, alignment and welding as per drawings
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and required workmanship
- Coordinate with Foreman and QC for inspections

4. Helper – Fabrication

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fabrication / -mechanical works
- Oil & Gas fabrication experience preferred
- Experience with skid-mounted packages will be an advantage
- Familiar with basic fabrication tools, grinding and material handling
- Experience assisting Fabricators, Welders and Fitters

Responsibilities:
- Assist Fabricators, Welders and Fitters in fabrication activities
- Support cutting, grinding, fit-up and assembly works
- Handle materials, tools and equipment safely
- Maintain proper housekeeping of the work area
- Follow Foreman/Supervisor instructions and HSE requirements

General Requirements:
- Candidates with previous experience in Oil & Gas Skid-Mounted / Process Packages will be given preference.

Applicants should have good knowledge of fabrication workshop practices, quality requirements and HSE procedures applicable to Oil & Gas projects.
