We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide excellent service to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Provide information about products and services
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Work closely with team members and other departments
Meet customer service targets and performance goals
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle challenging situations calmly
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Good problem-solving abilities
Positive attitude and team spirit
Attention to detail
Multilingual skills are a plus
