We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide product and service information to customers
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience in customer service or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
