Key Responsibilities:
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files. Assist with administrative and clerical tasks. Coordinate with different departments to support daily operations. Manage emails, phone calls, and office correspondence. Ensure confidentiality of company information. Perform other back-office duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred. Basic computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook). Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous office or administrative experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
