We are currently seeking a responsible, caring, and safety-conscious School Bus Attendant to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of students during transportation to and from school.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist students while boarding and exiting the school bus
Ensure students remain safe and disciplined throughout the journey
Support younger children and students requiring additional assistance
Maintain effective communication with the bus driver and school administration
Monitor student behavior and report any concerns when necessary
Ensure all transportation safety procedures are properly followed
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, responsible, and friendly personality
Ability to work effectively with children
Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
