Civil Engineer / Site Engineer – Immediate Joiner
We are looking for a qualified and experienced **Civil Engineer / Site Engineer** to oversee site activities, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and monitor daily site activities and construction work.
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
* Visit project sites and monitor work progress and quality.
* Review construction drawings and ensure work is carried out as per specifications.
* Prepare **BOQs, daily site reports, progress reports, and other project documentation**.
* Coordinate materials, manpower, and site requirements.
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
* Identify and follow up on potential new project opportunities.
* Support the company in developing and securing new construction projects.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.
* Proven experience in building contracting and site supervision.
* Good knowledge of construction activities, drawings, BOQs, and site coordination.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Valid Sharjah Municipality Engineer Card is mandatory.
* UAE driving license is an advantage.
* Immediate joiners are preferred.
