As a Site/Field Supervisor for non-structural metal works, you will be the bridge between our engineering design team and the final physical installation. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating labor, and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship on-site. The ideal candidate must have a sharp eye for detail, a strong grasp of technical drawings, and a zero-tolerance policy for poor finishing or structural defects.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Qualification: Preferred Mechanical diploma, Mechanical engineer
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Field Supervisor in the UAE, within metal fabrication, structural steel, or integrated manufacturing sectors.
Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering, fabrication, and structural blueprints.
Leadership: Proven track record of managing and controlling labor/installation teams on active job sites.
Eye for Detail: Exceptional focus on premium-quality finishing and craftsmanship to eliminate project rejections.
Communication: Fluent in English (Hindi/Urdu is a strong advantage for team coordination).
License: A valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred for commuting between fabrication facilities and client sites.
