Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with mandatory experience in the Marble Industry to develop, monitor, and control project schedules, ensuring timely completion of marble fabrication, processing, and installation projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project schedules for marble fabrication, production, and installation activities.
Prepare and maintain project programs using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Coordinate with production, procurement, engineering, site, and installation teams.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays or potential risks.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Track material procurement, marble production, fabrication, delivery, and installation schedules.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely material and resource availability.
Analyze project requirements, drawings, BOQs, and specifications to develop realistic schedules.
Prepare manpower and resource plans based on project requirements.
Identify critical activities and maintain the project critical path.
Assist the Project Manager in developing recovery and mitigation plans for delayed activities.
Conduct progress meetings and provide updates to management and clients when required.
Maintain accurate planning records, schedules, and project documentation.
Ensure project activities are completed within the approved time, cost, and quality requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Mandatory experience in the Marble / Stone Industry.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in project planning, preferably in marble fabrication, processing, or installation.
