JOB LOCATION: Industrial Area 15, Sharjah

Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee files, process documentation for new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes in job classifications, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Recruitment Support: Post job advertisements, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and assist HR managers in selecting applicants.
Onboarding Assistance: Prepare orientation materials, guide new employees through paperwork, and ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
Benefits Support: Collect and prepare timesheets, leave applications, bonus information, and assist with employee benefit programs, verifying submissions and providing guidance.
HR Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, directing them to appropriate resources.
Administrative Tasks: Schedule meetings, training sessions, and HR events; draft correspondence; handle travel arrangements; and support HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives.
Process Improvement: Assist in streamlining HR workflows, implementing innovative solutions, and supporting HR technology systems like HRIS.
