We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office files, records, and documents
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare reports, presentations, and data entry tasks
Assist in coordinating office activities and events
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
Support senior staff with administrative tasks as required
Greet visitors and provide general support to clients
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Working Conditions:
Full-time/Part-time (as applicable)
Office-based environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience with office management tools or ERP systems
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or data management
Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
