We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating daily logistics operations
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes
Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and warehouse staff
Monitor and update order status in the system
Handle incoming and outgoing shipments
Resolve delivery or shipment issues in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role (preferred)
Basic knowledge of shipping and inventory procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems
