Job Vacancy: Assistant Warehouse Manager
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Industry: Automotive Spare Parts & Heavy Machinery Filters
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Assistant Warehouse Manager to support the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate should have previous warehouse experience, strong inventory management skills, and the ability to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
The candidate will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to oversee stock movements, prepare customer orders, handle returns, maintain accurate system records, and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
-Warehouse Operations & Order Fulfillment
- Oversee the preparation and collection of customer orders, ensuring all items are ready on time.
- Verify that the correct products, quantities, and specifications are provided to customers.
- Ensure orders are accurately checked against invoices before being handed over.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in coordinating daily warehouse activities and maintaining operational efficiency.
-Inventory & Stock Management
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with physical inventory counts.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product locations within the warehouse to ensure quick and accurate retrieval.
- Monitor stock movements and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining proper product storage and warehouse arrangements.
- Ensure inventory records are accurate and updated.
-Customer Returns & Documentation
- Manage customer returns, ensuring returned products are properly inspected, verified, and recorded.
- Ensure invoices, credit notes, and return transactions are accurately entered into the system.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, returns, and customer transactions.
-General Warehouse Support
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in all aspects of warehouse operations.
- Support improvements in warehouse organization, efficiency, and workflow.
- Be willing to learn and adapt to existing company systems, procedures, and operational processes.
- Take initiative, identify operational challenges, and assist in implementing effective solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar position.
- Experience in automotive spare parts, filters, or heavy machinery components is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word is mandatory.
- Previous experience using Tally ERP/accounting software is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
- Good understanding of stock management, inventory control, invoicing, and customer returns.
- Ability to identify, locate, and manage a wide range of warehouse products efficiently.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when verifying orders and processing transactions.
- Ability to work independently while supporting the Warehouse Manager and wider team.
- Willingness to learn new systems, understand company workflows, and take on additional responsibilities.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, managing multiple tasks, communicating with customers, and ensuring that warehouse operations run accurately and efficiently.
Candidates with prior experience in automotive spare parts, industrial filters, and Tally software will be given preference.
