We are looking for an experienced and motivated Fragrance Purchaser (Female) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage purchasing of fragrances from suppliers
* Follow up on orders, pricing, and supplier coordination
* Handle perfume registration and related documentation
* Ensure all registration requirements and compliance are met
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing (preferably in perfumes or cosmetics)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Energetic, organized, and able to multitask effectively
* Attention to detail, especially in documentation and registration processes
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred:
* Experience in perfume or cosmetic industry
* Knowledge of product registration processes
