JOB DESCRIPTION : Maintenance Supervisor for Real Estate Company in Sharjah
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and supervise daily industrial maintenance activities, manage site technicians and resources, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical and quality requirements.
Experience: Generally 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or real estate operations.
Salary Range: Often listed around AED 4500 per month (or negotiable depending on the portfolio size and company)
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day corrective and preventive maintenance (PPM) across properties.
Coordinating with in-house technicians, external contractors, and suppliers.
Tracking work orders (WO), service schedules, and maintenance budgets.
Handling tenant maintenance requests and ensuring compliance with local building and safety regulations
Allocate daily jobs and organize technicians, helpers, vehicles, tools, and materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma in Electrical/Civil Engineering
Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and Building schematics.
Ability to correspond with the Tenants, Contractors and the offices of the Landlord
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical discipline.
Relevant technical trade qualifications may also be considered for candidates with strong practical experience.
Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License
