We are looking for a friendly, presentable and experienced Waitress / Cashier for our new restaurant in Al Majaz 3, Sharjah.
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service
Take dine-in and takeaway orders accurately
Serve food and beverages to customers
Handle POS billing, cash and card payments
Manage and coordinate online orders from Talabat, Noon, Deliveroo, Keeta, etc.
Answer customer enquiries regarding menu items
Recommend dishes, combos and add-ons to increase sales
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining and cashier area
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
Assist with packing takeaway and delivery orders when required
Maintain accurate cash closing and daily sales records
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a waitress, cashier or restaurant service staff preferred
Good English communication skills
Hindi/Urdu or other languages will be an advantage
Presentable, polite and customer-friendly
Basic POS/cash-handling knowledge preferred
Able to work efficiently during busy periods
Candidates currently available in the UAE preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: AED 1,300–1,600
Visa: Provided as per UAE regulations
Food: Provided
