Business Development: Proactively reach out to and maintain relationships with interior designers, architectural firms, and high-end villa owners.
Material Consultancy: Act as a specialist advisor on material specifications, performance, and application to help clients close the loop from design to procurement.
Sales Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle, including quoting, commercial negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection.
Showroom Support: Handle walk-in clients at our Sharjah showroom, professionally demonstrating product advantages and brand value.
🔍 Candidate Requirements Industry Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience in the UAE building materials market. Candidates with an interior design background or the ability to read technical drawings will be highly preferred.
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local UAE market, with a keen eye for material brands, performance standards, and pricing structures.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. You must be able to negotiate independently with international clients and architects.
Core Competencies: Strong aesthetic sense and persuasive storytelling skills; ability to translate "design value" into "material sales."
Essential Condition: Strong execution skills and a result-oriented mindset. A valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred.
