We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to manage end-to-end operations in manpower supply, including client acquisition, workforce sourcing, project coordination, and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding business opportunities while ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in manpower supply across construction, civil, and industrial sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
Source and hire skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labour through reliable suppliers and networks
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and clients to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely deployment
Monitor workforce performance and maintain regular communication with labours on-site
Collect and verify timesheets from site supervisors and ensure accuracy
Prepare and submit invoices to clients on time as per agreed terms
Follow up with clients for timely payment collection and maintain proper records
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in manpower supply or construction industry
Strong network of clients and labour suppliers in the UAE is an advantage
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Knowledge of invoicing, timesheet management, and payment follow-ups
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
