Role Description:
The Export Sales Executive is a full-time on-site role based in Sharjah. The position is responsible for managing and growing international sales of flowers and related products, including identifying new markets, developing relationships with overseas buyers, and negotiating sales agreements. Day-to-day tasks include handling export inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating order processing, and ensuring timely shipment in collaboration with logistics and operations teams. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support pricing and sales strategies. The Export Sales Executive will also maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular performance reports, and represent Floralmarket in communications with international business partners.
Qualifications:
1. Relevant Experience in Floral Industry will be an added advantage.
2. Candidates should possess strong Sales and International Sales skills, with a proven ability to develop and close business in global markets.
3. Candidates should possess Export and International Business skills, including familiarity with export procedures, documentation, and trade regulations.
4. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with international clients and internal teams.
5. Relevant experience in the floral, agriculture, or FMCG sector, particularly in export or wholesale environments, is beneficial.
6. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and customer service skills are preferred.
7. Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
8. Ability to work on-site in Sharjah, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets.
9. Any Bachelor’s degree , International Trade, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
10. Arabic speaking is added Advantage.
