Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the building materials or construction-related industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and developing strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and façade companies across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE construction and façade sector
Promote and sell specialized products such as EPDM gaskets, waterproofing systems, PVC profiles, and related building materials
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new accounts
Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product presentations
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in building materials / construction industry
Strong network with contractors, façade companies, and consultants in UAE
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and commercially driven
Preferred Attributes:
Technical understanding of façade systems and construction materials
Experience in handling EPDM products, rubber profiles, or similar specialized materials is an advantage
