Job Title: Sales Executive – Lubricants (UAE)
Location: Sharjah , Hamriya free zone

Job Summery
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Lubricants to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven sales experience in the lubricants industry, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell lubricants to customers across various industries in the UAE
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in all relevant sectors
- Manage and grow relationships with heavy vehicle fleet operators and key clients
- Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and close sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives
- Handle customer payment collection in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports to the General Manager
- Maintain strong product knowledge and understand customer technical requirements
- Work independently and efficiently to maximize sales performance
Requirements:
Age: 23–30 years
- Technical qualification with strong technical aptitude
- Proven experience in lubricants sales (mandatory)
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and smart working attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities effectively
