We are looking for a secretary to join our office in Sharjah.
Duties:
Answer phone calls and reply to emails
Organize files and documents
Schedule meetings and appointments
Prepare simple reports and letters
Help with daily office work
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
Good communication skills
Organized and responsible
Previous experience is a plus
