Cons: The only con I can think of is the onboard discharger is not very intuitive, hard to tell if it does anything but that's probably just the slow nature of a discharger. I use two of these to charge 8x 6S 1500mAh LiPos simultaneously for my larger 6" drone, as well as 4x 2S 550mAh LiPos for my small 2" drone. Having both XT30 and XT60 is really great, and the simple but well insulated design makes it very safe (so long as you are familiar with the nuances of parallel charging). The one thing I have tried to use, but not had much experience with, is the discharger - from my understanding it will bring the cell voltage down to storage voltage (3.8V), but usually I am trying to bring them back up to storage voltage after a flight rather than discharging a fully charged pack so I have not used it pretty much at all.
