I have developed a strong foundation in operational risk through experience in risk identification, assessment, control evaluation, and regulatory compliance. I am skilled in conducting Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), monitoring Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), maintaining risk registers, supporting incident and loss event reporting, and assisting with the implementation of risk management frameworks. I enjoy working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls that enhance operational resilience.

In my previous role, I supported operational risk activities by analyzing risk data, preparing management reports, coordinating control assessments, and assisting with audit and regulatory requests. I worked closely with business units to identify potential risks, recommend practical mitigation strategies, and promote a strong risk awareness culture. These responsibilities strengthened my analytical, organizational, and communication skills while reinforcing the importance of effective governance and continuous improvement.

I am proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other data analysis and reporting tools to interpret risk information, identify trends, and support informed decision-making. My ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver accurate, high-quality work enables me to perform well in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
