Responsibilities:
Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour Costs.
? Worked on cost control, budgeting bidding and document control.
? Assistance to senior for preparing Bill of Quantities. Preparing Bill of Contractors.
? Worked as Operation Manager, day to day management of Site and production work.
? Drafting of letters to Cilents and Sub-Contractors, etc. Bar-bending Schedule . Full cCommand in all aspects on MS office, AutoCAD, in page, Hardware, software & Internet To keep and update all data.
? Taking all details & measurement, Calculating quantities of all related civil work.
? Keeping good reputation and personal relation with Client/Contractor and Consultant.
? Interim valuations and payment assessment.
? Assessing the additional costs of design variations.
? Allocating work to subcontractor (if working for the contractor).

? Supervision of the Project as per Drawings, Specifications.
? Supervision All Finishing Works Tile Work Block Plaster gypsum celling partition Interlock Flooring .
? Read Bar Bending Schedule doing Work as a Sub Contractor Steel Fixing Carpentry.
? To keep and update all data Supervise of Civil work in buildings. To handle the labor & guide the foremen, charge hands.
