I am Civil engineering post graduated,over 3 years of experience in the field. I am confident that I will
be an asset to your team and organization. Also I worked in Kerala’s two top builders firms.Last time
worked as Site engineer at Skyline builders in villa project at Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
Previous Company is Asset Homes, worked as Site engineer at High rise residential apartment in
Ernakulum, Kerala, India.
Having post graduated with a Master of Degree in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in computer aided
structural engineering from Kerala Technological University. My significant responsibilities in the
previous organization are as follows.
 Preparing work schedule on weekly and monthly basis.
 Project execution.
 Maintaining ISO documents.
 Billing process & preparing variation reports.
 Preparation of BOQ,BBS.
 Coordination with Contractors, Architects, Structural consultant & MEP consultant.
 Assuring quality of the work
 Drawing Verification in associated with Planning Department.
