Job Details
I am a customer service and administrative professional with over ten years of work experience in the U.A.E. across call center operations, aviation administration, and the food and beverage industry. I have a strong background in handling customer interactions, managing data accurately, and supporting day-to-day operations in fast-paced environments.

Most recently, I worked for over six years as a Call Centre Operator at Pinnacle Call Centre, where I handled customer inquiries, maintained detailed records, and escalated priority issues to ensure a positive customer experience. This role strengthened my communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Previously, I served as an Administration Assistant with Emirates Airlines under Transguard Group LLC, where I was responsible for data entry, document scanning, and inventory control of aircraft technical records. This position required accuracy, confidentiality, and efficient time management.

I also bring hands-on customer service experience from my time at McGettigan’s Irish Pub, where I developed strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain professional and friendly during long shifts and busy service hours.

I am adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working in diverse teams. I currently hold my own visa and am available to join immediately.
