I'm excited to be applying for the Learning Support Assistant position at Sharjah. I have a passion for sharing knowledge and inspiring students, and I am thrilled at the opportunity to make a positive impact on the community Sharjah.

While working at PACE British School Sharjah as a Shadow Teacher/Learning Support Assistant for 5 years and 8 months I was responsible to help my Student around the school timings and supporting him throughout the day, by prompting him, encouraging him, motivating him to do some tasks on his own, so he could feel independent and try to do maximum of his work on his own, I am still working with him and I can see a great improvement in him, when it comes to any task, he gives his best and always excited for his Drama and PE class.

As someone with more than 6 years of experience as a Learning Support Assistant, I understand the importance of creating a challenging, fun, and safe environment for students. I take pride in getting to know students on a personal level to better understand their needs, and I enjoy taking an active role in coordinating extracurricular activities. During my time at PACE British School, I did support my student along with him I would interact with his classmates, to know them and supported them if they faced any difficulty everyone around me was happy by friendly nature towards them, they were so happy to have an adult with them who was not only an LSA for a specific student but was also a friend to everyone in the class.
