Maintenance Supervisor Position
Job Details
Maintenance Technician& Supervising with 4+ years of hands-on experience in industrial and food-processing equipment maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance.
Experienced in Packaging Machines, Oven Machines, Extruders, Roasting Machines, Auto Fryer Machines, and Labeling Machines. Skilled in troubleshooting electrical systems, motors, sensors, control panels, pneumatic systems, and mechanical equipment.
Strong experience in preventive maintenance planning, breakdown analysis, machine inspections, spare-parts coordination, maintenance documentation, reporting, and coordination with Production and Quality teams.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate maintenance activities, support technicians, manage daily maintenance priorities, and ensure machines are maintained safely and efficiently.
Currently seeking to progress into a Maintenance Supervisor role, bringing strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, team coordination, leadership potential, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
