I am an experienced HR & Administration professional with 19 years of experience across the UAE and Canada, currently based in Dubai and actively seeking a new opportunity in HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Manager roles.
My expertise includes full employee lifecycle management, recruitment and onboarding, HR documentation, employee relations, and ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations. I also have strong experience in developing HR policies, SOPs, workflows, and KPI reporting to improve operational efficiency.
I have supported multicultural workforces in fast-paced environments and can take full ownership of HR and administrative functions, including coordination with PROs, visa processes, and internal process structuring.
