over 14 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure,
including more than 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365
environments in the UAE.

My experience includes Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory,
Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Windows
Server, hardware and software troubleshooting, endpoint support,
backup, incident management, and SLA-based technical support.

I have strong experience providing onsite and remote technical
support, troubleshooting complex user and system issues, configuring
and deploying IT equipment, managing user accounts and permissions,
coordinating with vendors, and maintaining reliable IT operations.

I am a customer-focused and proactive IT professional with strong
problem-solving and communication skills. I am currently based in the
UAE and available to join within 10 days.
