I have 2 years of exp in administration field. And i am on husband visa.
Listed below are the duties which i have handled in my previous job:
• Preparing the invoices ,LPOs, quotations and statements.
• Maintain cash transaction & petty cash book, preparing cheques.
• coordinating and managing all other staffs in their duties.
• Investigate and resolve outstanding invoices and payment followups.
• Monitoring inventory, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary and responsible for purchase orders.
• Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office.
Updating, processing and filing of all documents.
• Dealing with the inbound/outbound calls/emails and other customer services.

Skills attained over the years:
MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
Tally ;Logic erp
