We are looking for a focused & smart Accountant (With Real Estate Sector experience) to join our team. As an accountant, you will provide vital support to the accounts team.
Joining requirement: Immediate
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in UAE
Qualification & Responsibilities:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with specific experience in lease accounting highly desirable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and lease management systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
This position is responsible for:
Ensuring accurate and timely recording of lease-related transactions.
Review and ensure the accuracy of invoices and receipts recorded by leasing team.
Collaborates with various departments to gather necessary lease information and reconcile accounts.
Prepare reports as required for multiple analysis.
Cash and bank reconciliations
Any other task as allocated by the management.
