Accountant Vacancy ( male candidate)– Printing Press (Sharjah)
A well-established printing press in Sharjah is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting procedures, UAE VAT regulations, and the ability to manage financial records efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain daily accounting transactions
Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and LPO documentation
Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
Prepare financial reports and assist with monthly and yearly closing
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist in VAT filing
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Coordinate with management regarding financial planning and reporting
Support administrative and financial tasks when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2-4 years of accounting experience (experience in a printing press is an advantage)
Proficiency in accounting software Tally and MS Excel
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication skills in English
