Job Title: General Accountant | Accounts Executive | Finance Executive
Job Summary:
We are hiring a General Accountant / Accounts Executive / Finance Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, VAT, and financial statements within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general accounting, bookkeeping, and financial transactions
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Prepare financial statements, reports, and general ledger entries
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
Assist in month-end closing and year-end closing
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and handle VAT filing
Maintain accurate records using accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems)
Support audit processes and documentation
Monitor expenses, budgets, and payroll coordination
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce (BCom, MCom, MBA Finance)
2–5 years of experience as General Accountant / Accountant / Accounts Executive / Finance Executive
Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT, and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, ERP systems
Good understanding of bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliation
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
ACCA / CPA / CMA (part-qualified or certified) is an advantage
Experience in UAE-based companies
