Job Duties

To manage and lead all leasing programs and activities including planning and development, leasing management and budget forecast in order to maximize rental and return on investment

Handle day to day operations of specialty leasing program and create tie up with sponsors for specialty leasing
Develop network of potential tenants and Source leads for specialty leasing sponsors
Identify and create concepts for speciality leasing that complement the marketing activities at destinations
Handle sale of rental space for specialty leasing and provide support to clients
Handle specialty leasing tenant enquiries and ensure timely resolution of any issues/ concerns
Manage and lead all leasing activities including budget forecast in order to maximize rental and return on investment
Identify new Specialty Leasing opportunities and solicit prospects
Handle the sale process including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours and any follow-up necessary
Develop speciality leasing mix in consultation with destination manager and corporate marketing team so as to ensure maximize occupancy
Manage operating costs within agreed budgets and prepare reports on leasing objectives
Develop effective relations with all speciality leasing tenants in order to ensure they are aware of their rights and responsibilities
Respond to complaints made by or about tenants and take corrective action as required
Liaise with other departments about tenant issues and concerns and departments requirements
Complete invoices to recover costs and process deposit refund statements
Administer and collect rents in order to ensure that tenants are paying appropriate rental costs according to the rent scale
Collaborate with PR Communication and Marketing to a create strong presence and develop plans and campaigns to promote the destination and attract specialty leasing tenants
