Job description:

Construction company established in 1971 in Dubai - UAE is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager (unlimited Dubai/Sharjah municipality license) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing full scale construction high rise residential building project, managing site operations, and ensuring that project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of project from planning to completion.
- Coordinate and manage staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
- Communicate effectively with the project team and management

Requirements
- unlimited license (Dubai/Sharjah Municipality)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry for high rise buildings here in Dubai (Minimum 8 -10 years).
- Must have relevant qualifications.
- The ability to understand and work with technical drawings.
- Overseeing high end landscaping projects including swimming pool installation.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

Experience:
high rise building construction: 8 years (Required)

License/Certification:
Unlimited Dubai municipality /sharjah license (Required)
