Senior Project Manager – Marble Industry

Salary: AED 13,000 – 17,000 per month
Nationality: Arab

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Arab Senior Project Manager with strong and proven experience in the Marble Industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee marble projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Manage project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Ensure all work meets required quality and project specifications.
Supervise project teams and coordinate project activities.
Identify project risks and resolve technical or operational issues.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
Coordinate marble fabrication, installation, and finishing activities.
Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
Requirements

Arab nationality is mandatory.
Mandatory experience in the Marble Industry.
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager.
Strong knowledge of marble fabrication, installation, and project execution.
Excellent project planning, coordination, and team management skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
